Burning Man (BM) is a cult of 1000s of people who call themselves burners and gather yearly in the middle of the desert in Nevada for one week to indulge in sex, drugs and drying up. At the end of the week a huge "man" is burned. Up until the end of the week people are usually sharing most substances, at the end traits of capitalism take the overhand.

The members of the leadership of the cult of CouchSurfing are almost religious about BM attendance.
